Our Christmas Party has passed. Thank you for making it a huge success. Year-round we collect the following items:
Currently CHAG has 350+ persons and their families who utilize our support groups. The majority of our clients are low income and struggling with a chronic illness. Many of our clients have children and are single parents.
Any donations in the form of new or never-used clothing for adults, children and infants, coats, hats & gloves, toys for children ages 3-16, children’s books, educational games, school supplies, shoes for adults and children or monetary contributions are greatly appreciated.

Every year Community Health Awareness participates in AIDS Walk Michigan. CHAG invites you to participate in AIDS Walk 2010 by pledging your support now!
Individuals, teams, local businesses may pledge by calling (313) 963-3434 for a pledge sheet or to make a donation. All money raised during the AIDS Walk stays in our community to benefit victims of HIV or AIDS and their families.
